Whether or not we hear, or notice, life
is soundtracked, by natural and unnaturally generated noises, by
strange and beautiful ambient sounds that dictate how we sense our
reality. Film and theatre production depend on great audio to make
really great shows. We tend to think of films as being a visual media,
and yet, almost all contemporary films rely on a blend of 50% visual
information and 50% audio production... & the better the audio production, the more powerful the film.
